Launch of the UN Millennium Development Goals Report 2011

On Thursday, 7 July 2011 was Launched the UN Millennium Development Goals Report 2011 at 9:00 a.m. in New York

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has launched the annual progress report on the Millennium Development Goals -- the MDG Report 2011. The launch is a great occasion to raise awareness for the MDGs and shine a spotlight on where we're making progress and where stronger efforts are urgently needed.

The report presents the latest statistics on each of the Goals, globally and regionally, collected through more than 25 UN and international agencies.
