Brussels, 12-18 June: Millennium Film Festival
The next edition of ‘Millenium’ Festival will take place at the Vendôme cinema in Brussels. The international festival will screen about 50 documentaries whose themes relate to the 8 Millennium Development Goals. The competition brings 15 films including Award for Best Film, Award for Best Development Message (offered by the UNDP), Award for Best Human Rights Message (offered by the OHCHR) and the Special Jury Award. Schuman Trophy Tournament
Playing under the UNIDO banner, staff from IOM, UNFCCC, UNIDO and UNRIC took part in the Schuman Trophy football tournament for the fourth year running, finishing in third place.
